All food, beverage & special requests are subject to an 8% tax. A 20% gratuity on all food & beverage purchases will be included on the final bill for our service staff. Specialty linens & other special requests are subject to additional costs. If your company is tax-exempt, a copy of your tax-exempt certificate must be provided before final billing.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure & guarantee the event date & time desired; the deposit will be rolled over as the room rental fee. Payment for the event must be paid in full on the day of the event. The acceptable forms of payment are credit card, cash, or company check & bank check. In the event of extreme weather or other “acts of God” that result in the closure of the PHILLY, the deposit will be transferred to another date. If another date cannot be settled, the full deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the management AT PHILLY

All menus & guest counts must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the scheduled event. We will order & prepare the amount of food for the number of confirmed guests - all staffing & charges will be based on this guest count. If a final menu and guest count are not received by the specified date, the menu & guest count will be based on initial conversations. It is our policy to quote firm prices for menu items no more than 30 days in advance. Prices do not include the 8% NY state sales tax or the 20% Gratuity.

Except for desserts produced in ALBANY COUNTY licensed professional kitchens, all food & beverages served or consumed on the premises must be purchased, prepared, & served by the PHILLY. No leftover food or beverage may be taken from the premises. We offer a variety of dessert options & work with local BAKERIES. However, you may bring in outside desserts from a reputable bakery with a Licensed professional kitchen only. For any dessert brought onto the premises, a $25 flat fee will be included on the final bill. A cake-cutting fee of $1 per person will be included for any cake brought in from a vendor.
